What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address and any other details you choose to provide, along with the content of your message. We collect this only because you have chosen to send it to us.

Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, request times and browser user-agent strings. These are used for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started
  • To keep a record of business correspondence
  • To maintain the security and availability of this website

We do not sell personal information, and we do not add contact-form submissions to a marketing list without asking you first.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics are added in future, this section will be updated before they are enabled.

Third parties

This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers. Website hosting is provided by our hosting provider, who processes data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed for the business relationship and any legal record-keeping obligation, then deleted. Server logs are rotated regularly.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@azyntra.io and we will respond within a reasonable period.
