Because we do the whole delivery chain, engineers here work across more of the stack than they typically would elsewhere. You will sit in discovery workshops, argue about data models, write the code, and be on the call when it goes live. That is the appeal and it is also the demand, it does not suit everyone.
We keep teams small and deliberately avoid the layers of coordination that make bigger organisations slow. If you need three approvals to change a config value, we have failed at something.

Hiring process
How our process runs
1. Intro call (30 minutes)
A conversation with an engineer, not a recruiter. We talk about what you have built and what you want to build next. You should leave knowing whether you want the job.
2. Technical conversation (60 minutes)
We walk through a real system you have worked on and dig into the decisions. No algorithm puzzles, no whiteboard sorting.
3. Paid practical exercise
A small, realistic piece of work, a few hours, done on your own schedule, and paid at a fair rate. We review it together afterwards.
4. Team conversation and offer
Meet the people you would work with day to day. If everyone is happy, an offer follows within two working days.
